How do I place a wholesale order?
You have a few options! The easiest way is to place your order through our B2B website. If you'd rather use an order form, you can find that HERE and email it to Megan at mstump@theelderberryco.com.
We're happy to help however works best for you!
Is there a minimum order amount?
Yes! Our minimum wholesale order is $150 per order.
Can I email an order instead of ordering online?
Absolutely! Simply complete our Order Form (or send us your order details) and email it to mstump@theelderberryco.com.
How do I log into the B2B portal?
Once you've been approved as a wholesale retailer, simply click "Login to B2B Portal" and enter the email address you used when applying. We'll send you a one-time login code to your email—no password required!
If you haven't completed a wholesale application or received your welcome email yet, please do that first before attempting to log in.
What if I'm having trouble placing an order?
No worries—we're here to help! Reach out to Megan at mstump@theelderberryco.com, and she'll be happy to get you taken care of.
Shipping & Pickup
How is shipping calculated?
Shipping is calculated based on the weight of your order. If your order is large enough to ship on a pallet, we'll work directly with you to coordinate the best freight option.
Do you offer local pickup?

Simply choose Store Pickup during checkout. Once your order is ready, you'll receive a notification letting you know it's ready for pickup. Most orders are ready within 24–48 business hours, excluding weekends and holidays.
When will my order ship?
Most wholesale orders ship within 24–48 business hours, excluding weekends and holidays.
Which carriers do you use?
We ship using the carrier that provides the best rate and service for your order. Depending on your shipment, that may be USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
Do you offer Net 30 terms?
Yes! We offer Net 30 payment terms for approved wholesale partners.
When is payment due?
Payment is due 30 days from your invoice date.
What happens if my payment will be late?
We understand that life happens! If you know your payment may be delayed, please reach out to us as soon as possible so we can work with you.
Please note that unpaid balances may incur a finance charge of 2% per month beginning 30 days after the due date. Accounts with outstanding balances may also have future orders placed on hold until the account is brought current.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a variety of payment methods. You can find the full list at the bottom of our website during checkout.

What is your MAP Policy?
Our Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Policy helps ensure fair and consistent pricing across all retailers carrying The Elderberry Co. products.
Do you have a Wholesale Agreement?
Yes! Our Wholesale Agreement outlines everything you need to know about partnering with The Elderberry Co. We encourage all retail partners to review it before placing their first order.
Do I need a resale certificate?
Yes. We require all wholesale retailers to have a valid resale certificate on file before purchasing our products.
If you've already provided one, there's nothing else you need to do!
What is your return policy?
Because our products are food and wellness items, all wholesale sales are final.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or there's an issue with the products you received, please let us know within 5 days of delivery. We'll make it right as quickly as possible.
Can I sell your products online?
n most cases, we only approve sales through brick-and-mortar retail locations.

Can I sell on Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, or other third-party marketplaces?
No. At this time, The Elderberry Co. products may not be sold on third-party marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, Faire, eBay, or similar websites.
